By enrolling in The Salon, you agree to be bound by The Salon's terms and conditions. Disclosure You agree with the following disclosures and release. You acknowledge and agree that you understand and assume any and all risks and dangers relating to your participation in The Salon programming. You hereby release, discharge, indemnify, hold harmless The Salon and any of its staff, instructors, or affiliates from and against any and all injury, illness, harm, claims, demands, actions, or damages of any kind or nature resulting from or in any way relating to your participation in The Salon programming. Payment & Cancellation Policy You understand that The Salon reserves the right to change or cancel classes or schedules at any time, and no refunds will be provided for any such changes. Furthermore, you agree that all payments made under these terms and conditions are irrevocable and non-refundable, and no credits or adjustments will be made. By sharing your payment information, including credit card, debit card, electronic pay, or any other sort of payment information, you agree that The Salon may retain this information and use it to charge you in accordance with our policies. Members may cancel their recurring membership at any time by providing written notice at least 30 days in advance. Please note that if a membership renewal date falls within this 30-day notice period, the membership will be renewed and the associated fee will be charged. No refund will be issued for charges that occur during this notice period. The Salon Etiquette You understand that by participating in The Salon gatherings in any capacity, you agree to obey any instruction, whether verbal, written or otherwise given by staff members of The Salon and to obey any rule or regulation promulgated by The Salon. The Salon reserves the right to remove any participant from an activity for any reason, including but not limited to: disruptive behavior, non-compliance with the rules and regulations of the activity, posing a safety risk to themselves or others, or any behavior deemed inappropriate or detrimental to the overall experience. Participants may be temporarily or permanently removed. In such cases, no refunds will be issued. Updates & Non-Severability The Salon reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time, with or without notice, your continued participation in The Salon activities, including registering for any gatherings, constitutes your acceptance of any changes. If any provision of this agreement shall be held or made invalid by a court decision, statute or rule, or shall be otherwise rendered invalid, the remainder of this agreement shall not be affected thereby.
